WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS ?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order. They include packaging, handling and postage with tracking number.
HOW IS YOUR PACKAGE SHIPPED ?
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment, Monday to Saturday.
Once your package is shipped, we provide systematically all the information you need to track online the transportation of your parcel.
Particular care is taken to protect fragile containers packets. All your items will be well packaged! Despite all our care, your package will be dispatched at your own risk (loss, theft, damage during transport).
WHAT ARE THE DELAYS OF RECEIVING ?
The delays observed are 5 to 8 days after shipment.
If an item does not suit you, you can return it without any reason within 7 days after your order. Please note, return costs are your responsibility.
