Delivery and Returns

At Casa Frida, we take special care in preparing your orders. Each item is carefully packed so that Mexico arrives intact at your doorstep.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order. They include packaging, handling, and fully tracked transport.

Several shipping options are available: Tracked Letter, Colissimo (standard or signature), Pick-up point delivery (Mondial Relay), and Chronopost.

Shipping Oilcloth: Rolled or Folded?

Since each carrier has its own regulations regarding maximum package dimensions, your oilcloths are sent either rolled or folded, depending on the carrier you choose:

  • For ROLLED delivery (recommended): If you want your 120 cm oilcloth to be shipped rolled, choose Mondial Relay in a physical shop (no lockers) or Chronopost.
  • For FOLDED delivery: Your order will be sent folded if you choose Tracked Letter (A4 envelope), Mondial Relay Lockers (max length 62 cm, incompatible with a 120 cm roll), or Colissimo.

Note: Full 11-meter rolls are shipped via Mondial Relay (limit 1 roll, physical shop only) or Chronopost (for 2 rolls or more). Beyond 2 units, 140 cm oilcloth is shipped folded with Mondial Relay but can be shipped rolled with Chronopost.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are 3 days after shipping for Tracked Letters and 48 hours for Colissimo. Mondial Relay takes 3 to 5 days. Chronopost remains the fastest option with delivery before 1 p.m. the day after shipping (priority preparation within 12h).

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return an item in its original and intact packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Warning: In accordance with regulations, cut-to-length products (oilcloth by the meter) and bead curtains removed from their packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift wrap option

We are happy to wrap your orders! However, please note that for logistical reasons, bulky items (such as our oilcloth rolls) are not eligible for this option.

Additionally, we only offer one gift wrap per order. Thank you for your understanding!
