This small travel altar looks like a miniature purse, closed with a press stud. When it is unfolded, we discover with childlike wonder the most popular pious images of Mexico: the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Virgin of Guadalupe, the Holy Family and the Child Jesus as well as local saints such as San Charbel or the Virgen de Juquila. A tiny string of beads with a miniature cross or medal is attached to the center of the altar. A very small folded prayer completes the picture.
